Lynne knows that our crumbling infrastructure hurts our economy and our way of life. That's why Lynne will proceed to promote unique funding mechanisms to fix our roads and streets in a timely manner. As we experienced in 2019, we also must do more to address flood control to protect our communities. And we must look at expanding our digital infrastructure by expanding high-speed internet to every home and business in Nebraska. Broadband is no longer a luxury, it's a necessity to compete in the 21st century.
